- 5 day Minimum
- 50% deposit due when booking (non-refundable unless re-booked)
- 50% 30 days prior to arrival
- R$ 500 security deposit, refundable, due thirty days before arrival
- No smoking. R$ 500 cleaning fee charged if anyone smokes in apartment
- No pets allowed
- R$ 20 charge for lost key
- Any items missing or damaged will be charged to the guest


Arrival is at 2 pm, departure by 11am except by prior agreement.

Note: There is no maid service on Sunday.

Payment Method:
Check, money order or cashier's check. Call or e-mail us to pay by VISA/MasterCard.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to the nature of our business, we get most of our bookings three months in advance. We have a "no refund" policy unless we book the house for the same dates that you had reserved. In this case, we will refund the 50% original deposit .

Until original deposits for bookings are received, the apartment is not reserved.

The Sky / Ocean is a one bedroom apartment that can only accommodate up to two persons. No groups larger will be booked or allowed. Thank you.
